I am Beth.

I have dipped my toes into this realm and others since I was young, always seeking magic and craving the spaces in between. Making concoctions from the Earth, wishing I lived in the wild, and talking to the stars have been a comfort since I can remember. I refuse to believe I ‘must grow up’ and insist that aliens and fairies are real. I remember things before this lifetime and know there will be more after, and in this life I choose to work with the energetic tools we’ve been gifted. 

My adventure in alchemy began after moving to Texas from my home state of Louisiana when I was in my early 20’s in order to pursue my Master’s degree in photography. Being in a large city, I finally had the resources to explore practices like reiki, crystal healing, tarot, herbalism, and energy medicine. I am also an RYT200 and working towards my 300hr and can’t wait to start bringing yoga offerings!

In the past 10 years, energy work has allowed me to shed layers and lifetimes of trauma, peeling away heaviness and unfurling from what felt like eons of sadness. Through studying many different methodologies, I have crafted my own practice that is infused with the elements of the Earth, ancient practices, plant medicine, and body movement to shift stuckness that no longer serves us in order to make way for growth, opportunity, and expansion. 

Within every trauma lies the opportunity for great expansion, and power sits within recognizing and learning from these experiences. To have shadow means to also have bright light, and within each shadow is opportunity to explore a depth within that leads the discovery of ourselves we couldn’t have seen, loved, and embraced before. The most beautiful thing is, we have an entire planet and soul full of all the tools we need to do this work.

We are all alchemists, weavers of our own fates. The power exists in us all; it is not a transmission that needs to be bought or passed down from a higher ‘master’. The work lies within, for finding that power requires recognition and remembrance in your Self. When we trust in our Selves, our body and energy begin to open up in ways that allow for deep healing to take place. A consistency in self love and shadow work leads to great trust, and using the tools around us heightens our abilities to transmute. 

Shadow work is not all heavy, for we wouldn’t be able to see the moon, stars, and galaxies from Earth without darkness. It is the setting of the sun in the twilight sky that brings in the expansive night, and it is the eclipsing of the inner light that allows for the exploration in the unseen of our Selves, where depth thrives. 

I am not a ‘healer’, I am a facilitator and holder of space, because the energetic shifts are only made when one is ready to let go. I offer the facilitation of these shifts, a lending of tools for a moment of energetic demolition and rehabilitation. Only you can heal your Self, I am simply here to empower you to do so.
